What grammage of woven fabric can you make?
Our factory is equipped with circular weaving machine, allowing us customize specific woven fabric with high-grammage to meet high strength requirement. For example, we have make 95gsm woven fabric for a fertilizer factory customer.
What type of thread do you use to sew the bottom of the Bopp Woven Bag?
The default thread is 9 strands and relatively thick. The material of the thread is cotton. We can help you choose other suitable sewing method for the bottom according to our 20+ years of experience.
How to you make sure the final color on the bag can match the design graphic?
It would be better if we have your sample bag to check the color, if not, we will use a standard Pantone color chart for color matching if you can provide Pantone color numbers.
What type of inner liner can you add to bag?
Our normal inner liner is made of HDPE material, with a thickness is 25um. The thickness of the inner liner can be customized as well if you have different requirements.
What if I don’t have the specific data of the bag that I require?
No worry. Just tell us what product you need to load and the bag's weight capacity. We can recommend you a suitable bag according to our 20+ years of experience.
How many days do you need to finish my order?
The production efficiency of our production machine is really high, allowing us to produce your order within 20days. Therefore our customers don’t need to prepare too much stock in their warehouse, just inform us a month in advance, we will start delivering your order within 20days.
Can I have sample bags to check the quality and load my product?
Yes, we can prepare free sample bags if we have suitable type and size of bags on our warehouse according to your needs. If not, we need to have a further discussion of the details before producing sample bags for you. Contact us and tell us your specific needs.
